I can't review Jay's gas engineering abilities but if his work is the same as the care and help he gave me and my family then it has to be 5* . Braving a holiday without the husband, we travelled down from Scotland, only to reach Chilwell and be left stranded with our trailer having jumped off the towbar and caught under the car, in rush hour traffic. Like a hero, Jay doubled back to come and help us.  He doesn't know me or the family.
The kids have nicknamed him Mucho Man as he managed to untangle the vehicles and pull them apart, connect it all back up and off we went again.  Honestly, if that's his attitude to a stranded family where he has nothing to gain, I can only imagine the care and professionalism he and his team would carry at work. A lovely  experienced  man called  at her bungalow  in Attenborough within  2 hours  of our call.  He worked  hard for 4 hours  to fix the boiler.
